1. Introduction

By accessing or using Clay Masterclass (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, and purchasers of digital materials.

2. Accounts, Eligibility & Security

If the Service provides account access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Use of Content & License

All videos, texts, downloads, lesson plans, and visuals are provided for personal learning. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your own educational purposes.

Not allowed

  • • Re-upload or redistribute materials
  • • Sell or sublicense access
  • • Remove watermarks / author attribution
4. Payments, Trials & Refunds

Where paid access is offered, prices, billing intervals, and what’s included are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location. If a trial is offered, it will be described before you confirm payment.

  • Refunds: available within 14 days of purchase when eligibility conditions are met (for example: limited usage and no excessive content download where applicable).
  • Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback may result in temporary suspension while the dispute is investigated.
5. Safety, Liability & Disclaimers

Educational content is provided “as is” and may not be suitable for every user or studio environment. Clay work may involve tools, dust, glazes, heat sources, and other hazards. You are responsible for safe practice, ventilation, and appropriate protective equipment.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes; results depend on materials, skill level, equipment, and conditions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with operations, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

  • Automated scraping, copying, or bulk downloading beyond reasonable personal use.
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass paywalls or access controls.
  • Posting unlawful, abusive, or infringing content where user submissions exist.
  • Impersonation or misleading affiliation claims.
